Key Tasks and Responsibilities:* Supervise the daily operations of all retail outlets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.* Develop operational plans and monitor the achievement of sales targets for each outlet.* Monitor the performance of outlet managers and staff, and evaluate efficiency and productivity.* Ensure product availability and monitor inventory, item movement, and wastage/spoilage rates.* Oversee the implementation of quality, food safety, and general hygiene standards within the outlets.* Monitor revenues, expenses, and cash funds, and ensure the accuracy of daily sales operations and reconciliations.* Analyze sales reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take necessary corrective actions.* Improve customer experience, resolve complaints, and enhance service levels.* Coordinate with sales, warehouse, procurement, finance, and human resources departments.* Participate in opening new outlets, develop operating procedures, and increase operational efficiency.* Practical experience in operating and managing retail outlets or retail chains, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
