We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations of a nationwide retail network specializing in electronics and smart home appliances.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-branch retail operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple retail branches across Egypt, ensuring operational standards and company policies are consistently implemented.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Team Leaders to achieve business objectives.
• Supervise sales teams, including Senior Sales Representatives, Sales Representatives, and brand promoters assigned by different suppliers and manufacturers.
• Monitor sales performance, branch KPIs, conversion rates, productivity, and customer satisfaction, implementing action plans to improve results.
• Conduct regular branch visits throughout the week to assess operational performance, ensure compliance with standards, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent customer experience across all branches.
• Coordinate with suppliers, brands, and their assigned promoters to maximize product visibility, sales performance, and in-store execution.
• Monitor inventory availability, stock movement, merchandising, and product display standards in coordination with relevant departments.
• Identify operational challenges, resolve escalated issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
• Ensure effective workforce planning, employee productivity, discipline, and adherence to operational procedures across the retail network.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably within electronics, consumer electronics, home appliances, or a similar retail environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail branches within a structured retail organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing Area Managers, Store Managers, and sales teams.
• Experience managing third-party brand promoters and coordinating with suppliers or product brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance management, inventory control, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvement plans.
• Willingness and flexibility to conduct regular store visits across Egypt as required.
• Ability to work from New Cairo and manage a field-oriented role effectively.
