Position: Project Control Manager

Location: Head Office – Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Experience: 5–8 Years

ASEC Automation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Control Manager to join our Head Office team in Maadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring to ensure projects are delivered efficiently within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules, baseline programs, and execution plans using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and milestones, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct critical path analysis and prepare recovery plans to minimize delays.
• Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, and cost variances.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly progress reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Cost Control, Procurement, Finance, and site teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and overall project performance.
• Support risk management, change control, claims analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
• Establish and maintain project control procedures, reporting standards, and performance measurement systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, and cost control within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good understanding of KPIs, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project risk management.
• Experience in progress reporting, resource planning, and schedule recovery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Power BI and project reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and change control.
