Role Description The Inbound Sales Agent – Hotel Reservations (B2/C1 English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. The agent handles inbound calls from guests and prospects, providing hotel information, checking availability, and offering reservation options that match customer needs and preferences. Daily tasks include guiding callers through the booking process, explaining rates and promotions, upselling room types or additional services, and ensuring accurate data entry in reservation systems. The role involves meeting individual and team sales targets, following established scripts and compliance guidelines, and delivering a friendly, clear, and professional customer experience in English. The agent collaborates with supervisors and colleagues to share updates, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English skills at B2/C1 level, with clear pronunciation and active listening abilities.
• Customer service and sales aptitude, including rapport building, persuasive communication, and objection handling.
• Comfort with computer-based work, reservation or CRM systems, and quick data entry with attention to detail.
• Time management, multitasking, and ability to work effectively in a high-volume, call center environment.
• Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a calm, professional approach under pressure.
• Prior experience in inbound sales, call centers, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Giza on a full-time schedule, including possible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
