Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will guide clients through property searches, viewings (virtual or coordinated on-site), and transactions, providing clear advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal or procedural requirements. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting property research and market analysis, preparing listings and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves coordinating with sellers, buyers, landlords, and other stakeholders, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through contract and closing processes. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain strong communication, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to sales targets while delivering an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on property options, market trends, and transaction processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and provide clear, timely updates.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, follow up on prospects, negotiate offers, and contribute to revenue goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with good time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and basic understanding of property documentation and local real estate regulations.
• Previous experience in real estate, consulting, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
