Kesan Educational Consultants is looking for a motivated and organized Admissions Counselor to join our team in New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, Egypt.

This is a full-time, on-site position. The Admissions Counselor will support students throughout their study-abroad journey, from the first consultation through application and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on suitable universities, colleges, language institutes, and study programs.
• Understand each student’s academic background, budget, goals, and preferred destination.
• Recommend suitable study options across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other destinations.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into applications.
• Manage university and language-school applications from start to finish.
• Ensure all student documents are complete and submitted correctly.
• Communicate with universities and admissions departments regarding applications.
• Track offers, deposits, deadlines, and enrollment requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
• Follow up consistently with students throughout the admissions process.
• Coordinate with the admissions, visa, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on university requirements, tuition fees, intakes, scholarships, and admission policies.
• Work toward monthly application and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in admissions, education consulting, student recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and sales abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple students and applications simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Knowledge of international education and study-abroad destinations is a strong advantage.
