Jissur Human Capital is looking for a practical, composed, and results-driven professional to work directly with the CEO in building and improving the company's internal operating systems and processes.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the outsourcing industry who can turn ideas into actionable plans, build practical systems, and take ownership of implementation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily operations across different teams.
• Build and improve internal workflows, operating procedures, and task-tracking systems.
• Translate management priorities into clear action plans and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate between recruitment and client management teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests and employee deployment.
• Identify operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and follow through on implementation.
• Leverage digital tools, business systems, AI, and automation to improve workflows and productivity.
• Manage internal projects and assignments, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an outsourcing company is mandatory.
• Practical experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in digital tools, business systems, AI tools, and automation, with the ability to use them to build practical systems and solve operational problems.
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow tasks through to completion.
• A calm, balanced, and mature leadership style, with sound judgment, decisive decision-making, and the ability to handle pressure and challenging situations professionally.
• Familiarity with HR operations and personnel administration is an advantage.
