Qualifications

• Demonstrated IT Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in technology or IT services.
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including nurturing relationships, upselling, and long-term client retention.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and solutions, preferably in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Sales skills focused on solution selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and adapt offerings to specific client needs and industry requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the Middle East and Africa markets and familiarity with enterprise clients is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting.
