We are seeking a high-caliber Training Manager to lead talent development and elevate service standards across our resort.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of solid hospitality training experience (5-star hotels/resorts preferred).
Proven track record in service quality, leadership training, and onboarding.
Excellent command of fluent English.
Certified Trainer (CHDT/CTP) is a strong plus.
STRICT NOTICE:
Candidates without a minimum of 8 years in hospitality training will NOT be considered.
