Inbound Customer Service Agent (voice & Email)

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Agents on behalf of one of our partner companies in Maadi for an E-Commerce account. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and emails ensuring high satisfaction levels and accurate issue resolution.

Job Role

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
  

• Manage inbound inquiries through calls and emails
  

• Resolve customer concerns and track issues
  

• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally and promptly
  

• Provide accurate information about products or services
  

• Log all interactions into the system and follow up as needed
  

• Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets
  

• De-escalate issues and escalate when needed
  

Requirements

• English Level: B2 to C1 (advanced level is required)
  

• Previous experience in customer service is a must
  

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  

• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
  

• Must be able to work from the office in Maadi
  

• Strong problem-solving attitude and patience

Base Salary (Gross):

• First 3 months: EGP 11000
  

• Months 4 6: EGP 12000
  

• After 6 months: EGP 13000
  

Additional Bonuses and Allowances:

• Attendance Bonus: EGP 1500
  

• KPI Bonus: EGP 1500
  

• Transportation Allowance: EGP 1100
  

Total Monthly Gross Package:

• First 3 Months: EGP 15100
  

• Months 4 6: EGP 16100
  

• After 6 Months: EGP 17100
