Job Description: Execute and monitor all human resources and personnel operations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, along with monitoring recruitment with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee hiring. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor attendance, departures, leaves, absences, and adherence to work schedules. Execute recruitment and hiring procedures and complete employee files and required documentation. Monitor overtime and task assignments. Oversee the recruitment process from receiving the job request to the candidate receiving the job and attracting talent. Personnel Affairs Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in labor offices, social insurance, drafting contracts, biometric systems, and good knowledge of labor law (must have high capability in dealing with labor offices and social insurance). Execute and monitor performance appraisals, KPIs, and training and development plans. Carry out field visits, monitor employee needs and workplace issues, and enforce company policies. Prepare periodic HR reports, monitor employee files, and ensure the delivery and receipt of tasks and approved procedures. Requirements: Practical experience in human resources, with proficiency in Excel, Word, or Google Sheets and report preparation.
