- Manage & oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger, account payable, receivable, payroll …..etc.)

- Prepare & review monthly, Quartey and annual financial statements.

- Ensure appliance with accounting standards (e.g., generally accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.

- Lead the month-end & year- end closing.

- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assists.

- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

- Monitor budgets, forecasts & financial performance.

- Analyze financial data & provide recommendation to senior management.

- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

- Ensure timely and accurate Tax rulings & compliance with reputations.

- Improve accounting system & processes for efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• 8 + Years of accounting experience (with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervision role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience with accounting software (SAP is must)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

- High attention to details & organizational ability.
