Nasr City Trading & Contracting Company, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants and desalination plants, is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals and increase sales volume.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base in the water and wastewater projects sector.
• Build and develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on tenders and new projects and analyze market needs and competitors.
• Manage the sales team, distribute targets, and monitor sales performance.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up on contracts until sales are finalized.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, available sales opportunities, and target achievement rates.

Requirements:

• Previous practical experience in sales, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment sector or industrial equipment and projects.
• Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze the market and identify new sales opportunities.
• High leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work towards set goals.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and preparing sales reports.
