We’re Hiring | Hotel Contracting Manager

Travel Hub Egypt is looking for an experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to grow our hotel partnerships and accommodation portfolio, with an initial focus on Hurghada and the Red Sea.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of hotel sourcing, contract negotiations and partner relationships. Working closely with our commercial, reservations and operations teams, you’ll secure competitive accommodation options that meet our clients’ needs and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop hotel partnerships aligned with our target markets.

• Negotiate rates, seasonal offers, allotments, release periods, cancellation policies and payment terms.

• Manage contracts and renewals, ensuring terms are clearly documented and accurately maintained.

• Keep rate sheets, supplier contacts and contract records up to date.

• Monitor rate competitiveness, availability, blackout dates and stop-sales.

• Support accommodation sourcing and quotations for individual travellers and groups.

• Work with reservations and operations to resolve supplier issues and clarify contractual terms.

• Build lasting relationships with hotel sales and revenue teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hotel contracting experience with a DMC, tour operator or travel company.

• Established hotel relationships in Hurghada and the Red Sea.

• Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgement and an understanding of hotel pricing and seasonality.

• A practical, organised approach, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Professional communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with other teams.
