We are a well-established outsourcing and workforce management group serving multinational and industrial clients across Egypt.
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and supervise the accounting operations of four legal entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and timely financial closing.
The successful candidate will oversee general ledger, accounts receivable, treasury, accounts payable, expenses, taxation, and government payment activities, while coordinating with an independent Payroll Department.

Requirements

• Odoo is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  Proven experience managing accounting activities for multiple legal entities.
  Strong experience with (Odoo) or similar (ERP) systems.
  Advanced (Excel) and financial reporting skills.
  Experience in outsourcing or service companies is preferred.
  Strong leadership, analytical, and internal control skills.

• Resposability

• Manage the accounting team and allocate responsibilities.
  Supervise monthly and annual closing.
  Review financial statements for each legal entity.
  - Approve accounting reconciliations and review payment requests.
  - Supervise receivables, payables, treasury, and taxation.
  - Monitor cash flow and financial commitments.
  - Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  - Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with approval procedures.
  - Report financial performance and risks to senior management.
