Role Description The Store Manager at Artsy Silver is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s artistic identity. The Store Manager monitors inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention procedures. They handle customer inquiries and escalations, support sales performance through effective communication and coaching, and ensure the store meets operational, cleanliness, and safety standards. The Store Manager also contributes to local marketing initiatives and reports sales and performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering a positive in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with management.
• Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations oversight.
• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to help safeguard inventory and maintain accurate stock control.
• Relevant experience in retail or luxury goods, particularly jewelry or fashion, is beneficial.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, handle multiple priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools; familiarity with sales targets and KPIs is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
