The Group General Manager is the highest executive authority overseeing the operational, strategic, and financial activities of multiple subsidiaries. Their responsibilities include directing strategic plans, managing budgets, aligning company performance with group objectives, and guiding senior management teams to achieve sustainable growth. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term and short-term plans that ensure the growth and expansion of all group subsidiaries. Operations Management: Overseeing activities (Feed - Poultry - Agricultural sector) and daily operational processes to ensure high efficiency and adherence to the highest quality standards. Feed Mill Production Management: Supervising plant managers to ensure the efficiency of feed production lines (poultry, livestock) at the highest quality and lowest cost. Supply Chain and Procurement: Securing raw material sources (corn, soy, feed additives) globally and locally, and managing inventory efficiently. Quality and Safety Management: Implementing strict feed quality control policies and ensuring compliance with animal health and biosecurity standards. Commercial Development and Sales: Opening new markets, supporting the sales team, and following up on collections and contracts. Agricultural Management: Overseeing production cycles and monitoring irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs to ensure crop quality. Poultry Production Management: Full supervision of all sites (poultry farms) to ensure operational efficiency according to plans, implementing strict biosecurity protocols to protect flocks from diseases, and ensuring products meet global health standards. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance, managing the group's general budget, and analyzing financial reports to increase returns and reduce costs. Leadership: Guiding the team to ensure smooth work operations and organization. Risk Management: Identifying and evaluating investment and operational risks, and developing proactive plans to address and overcome them. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting. Professional Experience: Extensive proven leadership experience in managing corporate groups or executive departments, minimum of 15 years. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage teams and make sound decisions under pressure. Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data analysis and forecasting economic and market trends. Managerial Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with strong financial analysis and planning abilities.
