Leading and managing all sales and marketing activities for One Way Real Estate Development and Contracting, developing strategies to achieve financial goals, expanding the customer base and market share, and strengthening the brand in the real estate development and general contracting sectors. Responsibilities and Duties: Specific Responsibilities 1. Planning and Strategy: Preparing and developing sales and marketing strategies (annual and semi-annual) for the company's real estate projects and contracting contracts. Conducting continuous market research to monitor real estate trends, competitor pricing, and available investment opportunities. Determining pricing plans and payment plans in cooperation with the finance and project management departments. Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both the sales and marketing departments and monitoring their achievement periodically. 2. Sales Management (Real Estate & Contracting Sales): Full supervision of all stages of the sales process, from targeting to closing deals and signing contracts. Managing and marketing the company's real estate projects (residential, commercial, administrative, etc.). Opening horizons and attracting new opportunities for the contracting sector (marketing the company's execution capabilities to third parties, government entities, and private sectors). Building strategic relationships with VIP clients, investors, and external real estate brokerage firms (Brokers). 3. Marketing and Brand Management: Overseeing the construction and development of the corporate identity and brand for 'One Way'. Managing advertising campaigns (Digital Marketing, field advertisements, real estate exhibitions). Coordinating with advertising agencies and content creators to ensure high Return on Investment (ROI) marketing campaigns. Preparing promotional materials and brochures for real estate development projects and the contracting sector's portfolio.
