We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Director to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications landscape. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and support the organization’s long-term growth.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple application domains, including SAP, Customer Experience platforms, IT Analytics, and mobility solutions, while leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap in alignment with the organization's business objectives and IT strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize technology initiatives, and deliver scalable application solutions.
• Oversee the development, implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, including SAP, Customer Experience platforms, analytics solutions, and mobility applications.
• Lead and manage application functions across SAP Technical, Customer Experience Applications, IT Project Management, and IT Analytics.
• Drive application architecture standards, technology best practices, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of application projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and budgets.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, external consultants, and implementation partners to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance.
• Oversee application budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure application security, system reliability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal IT policies and standards.
• Identify and mitigate technology, operational, and project-related risks while ensuring business continuity and effective application support.
• Monitor application performance through relevant KPIs, user satisfaction measures, project delivery metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT and enterprise applications management, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in enterprise applications, particularly SAP and customer-facing application platforms.
• Proven expertise in enterprise application architecture, system integration, implementation, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams, managing complex application portfolios, and delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
• Experience in budget management, resource planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and application performance optimization.
