Role Description The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal support for the company’s operations, contracts, and corporate governance on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in Al Gharbiyah, Egypt, includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, policies, and internal documents. The Corporate Lawyer will research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, advise leadership on legal risks, and help ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks also involve managing legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel when needed, supporting dispute resolution, and contributing to the development of company procedures that align with legal standards.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance relevant to Egypt.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and corporate documents.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; admission to the Egyptian Bar is preferred.
• Prior experience in a corporate or law firm environment, preferably in commercial or corporate practice.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information responsibly.
