A group of real estate development companies (more than 3,500 units delivered) is looking for a specialized lawyer:
• Direct negotiation with project clients and resolving disputes amicably before litigation
• Preparing contract addendums, settlement minutes, and scheduling dues
• Reviewing preliminary sales contracts and drafting delay and compensation clauses
*We welcome suitable talents to join us:*
- Law degree from a public university with a grade of at least Good
- 4-7 years of experience
- Lawyer at Appeal level or last year of Primary level (essential requirement)
- Background from a major real estate developer or a firm specializing in real estate disputes (essential requirement)
- Strong negotiation skills and management of amicable settlements to protect liquidity and reduce litigation
