Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aswān. The individual in this role will provide overall strategic direction, set long-term goals, and ensure that the company’s vision and values are reflected in all operations and projects. Daily responsibilities include overseeing major construction initiatives, reviewing financial performance, guiding senior leadership, and making key decisions related to business development and resource allocation. The Owner will collaborate closely with executive teams to maintain quality standards, manage risk, and drive sustainable growth across all verticals. This role also involves representing the company in high-level negotiations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and identifying new opportunities in local and regional markets.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and executive management abilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team oversight.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry or related sectors, with a track record of managing large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Advanced financial and business acumen, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental considerations in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing demands, and maintain a long-term growth perspective.
• Experience working in or with projects in Egypt or the broader region is highly beneficial.
