Role Description The Real Estate Agent Broker (District 5) at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves managing property listings in District 5, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes. Daily tasks include prospecting for new leads, responding to client inquiries, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts. The agent broker will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, maintain strong customer relationships, and uphold regulatory and company standards. The role also includes staying informed about market trends in New Cairo and District 5 to provide up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real estate regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market conditions and property valuation.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with experience in closing deals and achieving targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and basic office software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
