  • Identify and contact potential clients through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
  • Present and promote available residential and commercial properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients to successfully close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities on the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors, and new real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
