Role Description The Aesthetician is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position, the Aesthetician provides professional skin care treatments, including facials, peels, and other non-invasive procedures, following clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their needs, recommending appropriate services and home care routines, and performing hair removal and other aesthetic procedures with precision. The role also involves maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms, supporting product sales through informed recommendations, documenting services accurately, and delivering attentive customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Aesthetician collaborates with the wider clinic team to uphold service quality and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skin care expertise, including facials, basic dermatological knowledge, and safe use of aesthetic tools and products.
• Proficiency in hair removal techniques such as waxing, threading, or laser-assisted procedures, with attention to hygiene and comfort.
• Background in cosmetology, with an understanding of aesthetic treatments, beauty protocols, and client consultation practices.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a client-centered approach.
• Ability to support sales by recommending suitable treatments and products based on client needs in an ethical, non-pressuring manner.
• Recognized aesthetician or cosmetology certification; relevant licenses or local regulatory compliance required.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and infection control standards in clinical or spa settings.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, Egypt, manage schedules effectively, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinic team.
• Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or wellness center environment is preferred.
