Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize formulations for pesticides and fertilizers.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and product evaluations.
• Research new active ingredients, raw materials, and formulation technologies.
• Evaluate product stability, compatibility, and performance.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Technical teams.
• Support the development of new products from concept through commercialization.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, market trends, and innovations in agrochemical formulations. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Previous experience in R&D, preferably within the pesticides, fertilizers, or agrochemical industry.
• Good knowledge of formulation development, raw materials, and active ingredients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design, conduct, and document laboratory experiments.
• Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
