Bishyaka, one of Egypt’s fast-growing fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platforms, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our wholesale sales channel.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to turn potential customers into actual buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential wholesale customers, including clothing stores, retailers, and resellers.

Contact potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp to introduce Bishyaka’s products and wholesale offers.

Conduct field visits to shops and retailers to present products, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities.

Follow up consistently with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand customer needs, handle inquiries, and negotiate sales deals.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Bishyaka’s wholesale business.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and orders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Confidence in approaching new customers and communicating with business owners.

Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert conversations into actual sales.

Willingness to conduct field visits to clothing stores and potential wholesale clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce is a plus.

Work Details

Location: Bishyaka’s office in Nasr City, Cairo.

Work Arrangement: On-site, with field visits to potential wholesale clients.
