Role Description The Call Center Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. In this position, the representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information about BlackHand’s services and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in the system, escalating complex cases when needed, and following up to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves working with computer-based tools and CRM systems, adhering to call center procedures, and collaborating with team members to maintain service quality and performance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and focus on Customer Support.
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for engaging with diverse callers, building rapport, and managing challenging conversations.
• Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, call center software, email, and basic office applications.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer contact environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency level of English from B1 to B2
