The Role
We are seeking an experienced Boutique Wellness Resort Manager to lead our boutique wellness resort. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering highly personalized hospitality in a luxury wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee resort operations, ensuring high standards across all departments.
- Lead Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Human Resources operations.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and operational performance.
- Lead and support the resort team in delivering attentive, personalized guest service.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience across accommodation and wellness program packages.
Candidate Requirements
- 15–20 years of professional experience, with a strong background in hospitality management.
- Extensive experience in Rooms Division, financial management and budgeting, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Human Resources management.
- A strong background in managing boutique-scale hospitality operations and delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Strong, proven leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in English.
