About the role:

The Supply Chain Manager builds the end-to-end supply chain for a global premium home appliance brand entering Egypt. You will set up import, customs, warehousing and distribution, and run demand and supply planning so the right products are on shelf at the right time.

You will join a new Egypt team backed by a fast-growing international business.

The role covers the full premium small home appliance range:

• Floorcare: cordless stick vacuums, corded upright vacuums, robot vacuums and wet & dry floor cleaners
• Kitchen appliances: air fryers, multi-cookers, grills and ovens
• Food preparation: blenders, food processors and juicers
• Beverage: coffee machines and drink makers
• Beauty: hair dryers, hair stylers and straighteners
• Home environment: air purifiers and fans

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and run the end-to-end supply chain for Egypt: planning, import, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery to customers.
• Lead demand and supply planning (S&OP) with sales and key accounts; own forecast accuracy and stock targets.
• Manage imports from global factories and regional hubs, including shipping, letters of credit, documentation and lead times.
• Manage product registration, import approvals and compliance (for example GOEIC, NAFEZA/ACI, customs and Egyptian standards).
• Select and manage 3PL warehouse and transport partners, with clear KPIs on cost, accuracy and service.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery to retailers, distributors and e-commerce fulfilment centres.
• Manage inventory health, ageing stock, returns and spare parts for after-sales service.
• Control landed cost, duties and logistics spend, and manage FX and import risk with finance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of supply chain experience in Egypt, including import and customs.
• Background in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG or premium consumer goods.
• Hands-on knowledge of Egyptian import rules, customs, GOEIC registration and NAFEZA/ACI.
• Experience in demand planning and inventory management.
• Experience managing 3PL and freight partners.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or business.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.

Nice to have:

• Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM or similar).
• Experience setting up a supply chain for a new brand or market entry.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfilment (Amazon.eg, Noon).
