Role Description The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Brooklyn Business School campus in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating academic and administrative processes to ensure they meet internal standards and external accreditation requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits on programs and courses, reviewing documentation and procedures, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing reports on compliance and improvement opportunities. The Quality Specialist collaborates closely with faculty, instructors, and administrative teams to implement quality control measures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure student feedback is systematically collected and addressed. The role also involves developing and updating quality assurance policies, supporting internal training on quality standards, and contributing to strategic projects aimed at enhancing the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Quality Management are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
• Previous experience in Quality Management or the education sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
