Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role based in Giza. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate the end-to-end flow of goods, including order processing, inventory control, packing, and shipment scheduling for domestic and export customers. This role will manage transportation arrangements, prepare and review shipping and export documentation, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations. The Logistics Specialist will collaborate closely with production, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and resolve logistical issues. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in logistics systems, monitoring logistics costs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and addressing internal and external inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and international customers.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, track KPIs, forecast demand, and support process improvements.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and coordination between production and distribution.
• Knowledge of Export procedures, documentation, and regulations related to international shipping and customs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar production environment is an advantage.
• Comfort with using ERP systems, warehouse or logistics software, and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Giza, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• English must fluency.
