Job Opportunity | Talent Management Specialist

Location: 6th of October City, Egypt

Greenya Egypt for Export is looking for a motivated Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to talent development, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Talent Management, Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management, or Learning & Development (L&D).
• Basic understanding of the Performance Management Cycle, including KPIs, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Knowledge of talent assessment, competency frameworks, career development, and succession planning is an advantage.
• Relevant diplomas or professional courses in Talent Management, OD, Performance Management, or L&D are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the Performance Management Cycle, including KPI tracking, performance appraisals, and follow-up on results.
• Contribute to talent assessment, competency mapping, and employee development plans.
• Support career development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain performance records, competency frameworks, and talent management reports.
• Participate in OD initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues and department managers to support employee development and organizational effectiveness.
