⏳ Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Odoo as a Functional Support Specialist or Functional Consultant. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Odoo Functional Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and operating the Odoo ERP system, acting as a key bridge between management, internal users, and the implementation company. Your goal is to ensure system stability, optimize workflows, and maximize the systems full potential......................................

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support Provide daily support to Odoo users and resolve functional and operational issues. Analyze user requirements and assist them in utilizing the system effectively.

Implementation Management amp; Coordination Communicate directly with the implementation company to track project requirements and updates. Follow up on required customizations and ensure they align with business needs. Translate technical requirements into practical, actionable solutions and procedures.

Training amp; User Enablement Train current and new employees on how to use Odoo. Explain and implement various workflows and operational procedures. Prepare guidelines and documentation to help users interact with the system efficiently.

Testing amp; Quality Assurance Participate in testing new modules, updates, and system modifications. Ensure system functionality matches business requirements prior to Go-Live. Identify, document, and track issues until resolution with the implementation team.

Reporting amp; Data Analysis Prepare regular reports requested by management. Assist various departments in extracting and analyzing data from Odoo. Ensure data accuracy and process integrity within the system.

✅ Requirements amp; Qualifications ..........................................

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo as a Functional Support Specialist or Functional Consultant.

Strong and advanced knowledge of core Odoo modules, specifically: Accounting HR Manufacturing (MRP)

Strong understanding of business processes, especially within manufacturing and accounting.

Proven experience in dealing with implementation companies and tracking project deliverables.

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate user needs into practical solutions.

Ability to work independently and interact effectively across different departments and users
