Position: Overseas English Customer Service Specialist
Location: Maadi Technology Park
Salary: Up to 19,000 EGP net (16,000 basic + 3,000 KPIs)
Shifts: Rotational night shifts, between 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM
Job Overview:
You will provide customer support to North American customers through email, live chat, and ticketing systems, handling inquiries related to orders, shipping, product usage, repairs, and replacements. You will also coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements:
* Strong English communication skills, with clear pronunciation and fluency.
* Cross-border e-commerce customer service experience.
* Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or eBay is preferred.
* Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is an advantage.
* Good employment stability and strong problem-solving skills.
