Overview: As a key leader in our marketing department, you will bridge the gap between creative content and strategic communication. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate across multiple platforms, ensuring our message is consistent, impactful, and innovative.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Communications strategies that align with our core business goals.
• Oversee Content Creation and Content Marketing workflows from initial ideation to final publication.
• Craft high-impact Script Writing and Content Writing for digital, social, and traditional media channels.
• Manage Social Media ecosystems to drive engagement, brand loyalty, and community growth.
• Analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Content Development meets the highest industry standards.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of proven experience in a marketing, advertising, or media role, demonstrating a track record of successful campaign delivery.
• Expertise in Integrated Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing strategies.
• Mastery of Content Creation, including Script Writing, Content Writing, and Content Development.
• Strong proficiency in Social Media management and community engagement tactics.
• A deep understanding of Marketing Communication principles within the Media/Journalism/Publishing industry.
• Experienced career level with the ability to manage complex projects independently and mentor junior team members.
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
• Exceptional Content Marketing skills with a focus on driving measurable results.
