Supervise all maintenance work in the branches and ensure they are ready to operate efficiently. Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans, and follow up on emergency maintenance work. Monitor and maintain electrical, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and equipment systems. Manage the maintenance team and technicians and follow up on the performance of external maintenance companies. Respond quickly to malfunctions and minimize downtime in the branches. Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, spare parts, and maintenance contracts. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the branches. Coordinate with operations and projects departments regarding the preparation of new branches and renovation work. Prepare periodic reports on malfunctions, maintenance work, costs, and completion rates.
