Role Description The Property Consultant role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The role involves guiding clients through the property search and purchase or sale process, including identifying suitable listings, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed market insights. The Property Consultant will prepare and present proposals, negotiate offers, and support clients with documentation and closing procedures. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available projects and developers, responding promptly to client inquiries, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with RED’s data-backed tools and services.
Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on market trends, project options, and investment opportunities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales skills to generate leads, follow up effectively, and close deals in a competitive market.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to attend meetings and property visits across various project locations.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and residential/commercial developments is preferred.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis to support informed client recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
