About the Role

A leading international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for a luxury hotel with 427 rooms and approximately 420 employees.

The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in hotel recruitment, with hands-on experience sourcing specialized and hard-to-fill talent, managing high-volume hiring, and building sustainable candidate pipelines. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded recruitment professional who understands hotel operations and can deliver high-quality hires while meeting business requirements and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans and operational requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and senior management to identify staffing needs across hotel departments.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for operational, supervisory, managerial, and executive positions.
• Lead high-volume recruitment while ensuring the quality of hires and an excellent candidate experience.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions within hotel operations.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, hiring progress, and recruitment costs.
• Manage recruitment budgets and ensure hiring activities align with approved manpower plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, and ATS data.
• Advise management on hospitality talent market trends, candidate availability, salary expectations, and recruitment challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, departmental talent quality, and overall hiring outcomes.

Experience Required

• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated recruitment experience exclusively within hotels or resorts.
• Property Scale: Proven recruitment experience in a hotel or resort with a minimum of 300 rooms.
• Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment across multiple hotel departments, including operational and managerial positions.
• Sourcing & Headhunting: Proven ability to attract passive candidates and successfully fill hard-to-fill positions.
• High-Volume Recruitment: Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Performance Track Record: Measurable achievements in reducing time-to-hire, improving sourcing effectiveness, and enhancing the quality of departmental hires.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of hospitality labour markets, salary benchmarks, recruitment costs, and budget constraints.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, persistent, target-driven, highly organized, and confident in engaging with senior management and department heads.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hotel departments, organizational structures, and hospitality workforce requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within agreed timelines.

Position Summary

The Recruitment Manager will lead talent acquisition for a 427-room hotel with approximately 420 employees and an estimated 4% turnover rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective talent pipelines, proactively headhunting qualified hospitality professionals, and delivering timely, high-quality recruitment solutions across the property.

This position requires a hands-on recruitment leader who can balance operational urgency, candidate quality, and commercial considerations while supporting the hotel's service standards and business objectives.
