Job Purpose

Manage assigned projects and their stakeholders to ensure minimal time-to-market and best deliverable outcome. This includes developing procedures, plans, & new approaches to manage all projects’ streams. In addition to, preparing proper reporting documents that clearly describes benefits and status of the projects, while highlighting and escalating any risks or obstacles that may appear in a timely manner

Report To Position Name

• Communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders.

• Develop, and/or support in development of, reporting documents for key initiatives in ways that very clearly describe the project, benefits, and status.

• Manage and escalate project risks and issues.

• Prepare efficient planning and clear deliverables.

• Ensure correct delivery of the project (meet all requirements’ deliverables conform to quality standards...etc).

• Proactive project coordination and engagement with management.

• Follow up on functional and end-to-end testing.

• Review project status regularly to ensure progress or correction where necessary.

• Oversee all streams of a project to ensure completion on time and best deliverable outcome.

• Work cross-functionally with all teams.

• Accountable for long-term project roadmaps as well as day-to-day project management for multiple plans and teams working in the various work streams.
