Raya Information Technology; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Executive (Purchasing).

What will you do?

• Communicate with vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery dates.
• Issue purchase orders, track order status, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Review vendor statements and verify them against received orders.
• Follow up on accounts payable and coordinate with Finance to ensure all costing documents are submitted.
• Monitor ISP costs and track service upgrades and downgrades.
• Coordinate with Finance and Warehouse teams on accruals, open orders, unknown costs, and deliveries.
• Prepare weekly reports on order lead times and monthly reports comparing actual costs against budgets.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of experience in the purchasing Field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented, with good time-management skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with ERP/Oracle systems.
• Intermediate English proficiency; Arabic proficiency is required.
• An IT background is a plus.
