تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Lead and oversee the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and business needs
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement
- Oversee payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
- Develop and implement performance management and talent development initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience managing and developing an HR team
- Strong understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
