As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to support the development of our network and business opportunities in Egypt

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing professional relationships within the design and construction industry, and supporting the growth of TEN01 in the Egyptian market.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building networks, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the growth of an international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Egypt
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and project managers
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market activity and identify upcoming projects
• Support the TEN01 management team in business development initiatives
• Represent TEN01 professionally within the local market
• Maintain regular reporting on activities, opportunities, and market feedback

• Based in Cairo or willing to work from Cairo
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in business development, sales, real estate, construction, architecture, furniture, design, or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Proactive and organized approach to business development
• Strong interest in networking and developing long-term professional relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to the company's growth
