Role Description:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements, tracking sales performance, and updating the CRM system. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, requiring regular client visits and participation in industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within oil and gas services or related industrial sectors.
• Strong account management and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and coordinate with engineering or technical support teams.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Competence in using CRM systems and basic office software for reporting and pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare clear proposals and sales documents.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo.
