Start Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant specializing in the Madinaty real estate market. The successful candidate will manage resale and rental transactions, build relationships with clients and property owners, and handle the full brokerage process from property sourcing to closing.

• Key Responsibilities

• Source available properties in Madinaty and maintain an accurate, updated inventory.

• Understand clients’ needs, budgets, and timelines to recommend suitable properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, property owners, and other brokers.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings, clearly presenting each property’s features and benefits.

• Follow up consistently with leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate client records.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and brokerage commissions between the relevant parties.

• Manage transactions from initial inquiry through agreement and completion, coordinating with operations and other parties.

• Monitor competing listings and market activity to guide clients and owners on realistic pricing.

• Prepare accurate property listings and coordinate advertising with the responsible team.

• Achieve agreed individual sales and commission targets.

• Support junior consultants by sharing market knowledge and practical guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with direct experience in the Madinaty market.

• Strong knowledge of Madinaty’s areas, property types, amenities, and resale and rental processes.

• A demonstrated record of closing transactions and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

• Ability to independently manage clients, property owners, viewings, and negotiations.

• Strong property-sourcing skills and an established network of owners and brokers.

• Excellent organization, time management, and consistent follow-up.

• Ability to maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or a CRM.

• Professional conduct, honesty, and respect for client confidentiality.

• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of results.
