Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, viewing, and purchasing or leasing processes. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and providing accurate information on prices, contracts, and market conditions. The role involves managing leads, following up with prospective clients, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the closing process. The Property Consultant will maintain updated knowledge of available properties and real estate trends, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service are central to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to effectively advise clients on property options and investment decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide ongoing support.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales abilities to manage leads, present properties persuasively, and help close deals efficiently.
• Relevant experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate sales is highly beneficial.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work toward defined targets.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when balanced by strong experience.
