Connectalents is hiring an Investment Analyst Supervisor for a leading integrated agricultural commodity trader, manufacturer, and fast-growing food security conglomerate in Egypt and the Middle East

Job Role

• Identify, evaluate, and analyze investment opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments and M&A transactions.
• Perform business valuation using DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.
• Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and investment business cases.
• Assess investment returns, risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities.
• Support M&A transactions, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic investment recommendations.
• Supervise and review the work of investment analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What we need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory.
• Previous experience in Deals & Transaction Services within a reputable financial advisory or consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in:

Financial & Commercial Due Diligence

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Business Valuation & Deal Structuring

Financial Modeling & Investment Appraisal

Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development

• Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
• Experience supervising or managing analysts is preferred.
• CFA or FMVA certification is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
