Embroidery & Printing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all embroidery and printing operations.

- Supervise printing processes and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Lead and manage embroidery and printing teams.

- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

- Oversee embroidery film preparation and creation.

- Monitor production workflow and ensure operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet production plans and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in embroidery and printing operations within the garment industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage production operations and maintain high-quality standards.
