Role Description This is a full-time, Linux System Administrator role based in Giza. The successful candidate will serve as the first line of technical defense, triage support, and infrastructure service availability for our corporate production environments.

Daily tasks include actively monitoring system performance, managing enterprise VPN connection stability, executing necessary service restarts, and conducting initial diagnostics of service outages. The role involves troubleshooting network pathways, acting as a first responder for incoming application operations alerts, handling technical calls, and providing accurate email support. You will collaborate closely with specialized engineering teams to escalate complex incidents efficiently while strictly adhering to framework-driven security standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working within Linux system environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar distributions).
• Foundational Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing infrastructure issues, monitoring automated system logging, and verifying active network connections.
• Basic understanding of enterprise network routing, VPN architectures, and core Linux terminal commands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of accountability to operate as an efficient first responder.
• Relevant certifications or training courses (e.g., RHCSA, Linux+, CCNA basics) are a plus.
