Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control & Stock Management: Establish min/max stock thresholds, schedule and supervise regular stock-taking/inventories, control breakage/loss rates, and ensure optimal stock availability.

Operations & Procurement: Oversee dry store item preparation, packing, and all unit purchasing activities in line with operational needs.

Hygiene & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with company hygiene, food safety (HACCP/COPM), and machinery safety guidelines.

Team Leadership & Development: Plan daily/weekly workloads, supervise staff attendance and performance, deliver training, and foster continuous process improvement.

Cost & Efficiency Control: Optimize resources, manpower, and working tools to maintain cost-effective operations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in Store Management and Procurement (preferably in Airlines Catering or F&B/Hospitality industry).

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management systems (ERP).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
